By day, Will runs the business operations of website agency Test Valley Digital. On Sunday mornings from 10 to 11, he runs XL Footy Witney. After wanting to get back into football but not feeling competitive Sunday League football was right, he posted in Spotted Witney at the end of 2024 to gauge interest, turns out, plenty of people felt the same way and an idea was born.

Witney Vikings
After seeing the post in Spotted Witney, Steven Bott, chairman of Witney Vikings, reached out to Will. With a spare pitch available at Henry Box School, it became the home of XL Footy Witney every Sunday, with several of the players also being current Vikings coaches. XL Footy Witney was now a real thing!
Witney Vikings is one of the largest grassroots football clubs in the area, with over 40 teams ranging from youth to adult levels. They are committed to developing players of all abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through structured coaching and a strong community spirit, the club helps players improve their skills, stay active and enjoy the game at every level.
