What Do The Lads Think?

  • Dave Tandy XL Footy Player

I had not played a competitive game for 20 years and I had forgotten how much fun it is to have a kick-about! I also felt fitter after a couple of weeks so win-win!

  • Simon Walker XL Footy Player

It’s great fun having a kickabout for an hour on a Sunday morning with a friendly bunch of lads. It feels like playing football as a kid, for the joy of it! After a lot of running over the years my legs are adjusting to some football strength. I love it.

  • Matt Thomson XL Footy Player

Takes me back to my younger days! Just a great group of guys having a kick about. No expectations to play like a professional, just turn up, play and have some fun! We should have done it sooner.

  • Greig Stensland XL Footy Player

I have only been to two sessions so far and it is great to be welcomed into the group like I have been there for ages. No one shouts at you for missing a goal or a pass. Just a bunch of guys kicking a ball around for an hour and having a laugh. Plus great for the fitness as well.
